SHIPPING METHODS
For product shipments, Biciclettezeta will rely on specialized and proven couriers for delivery within Italy and abroad.
All shipments will be accompanied by the mandatory accompanying and identification documentation for the goods (invoice, transport document) and any attachments required by law and the foreign destination country.
Shipping costs will be indicated at the end of the order placement process and will appear when you confirm your shopping cart.
Shipments within Italy are made via express courier.

Free for orders of €100.00 or more
We also ship to European Union countries.
EU shipping cost :
€9.90 for orders under €100.00

Biciclettezeta assumes no responsibility for disruptions to service caused by force majeure, such as accidents, explosions, fires, strikes and/or lockouts, earthquakes, floods, and other similar events that prevent, in whole or in part, the execution of the contract within the agreed timeframe.
The delivery time is indicated by providing the tracking number, a direct link to the courier's website for real-time tracking of the shipment.
SHIPMENT INSURANCE
Biciclettezeta offers free damage or theft insurance on all shipments.
Shipping insurance is valid from the manufacturing/distribution company's warehouse to the delivery address indicated in the order.
ORDER DELIVERY
Upon delivery of the goods by the designated carrier, the Customer must kindly verify that the packaging is intact and free of any signs of tampering. If the Customer finds such anomalies, he or she has the right to sign the delivery receipt with reservations or refuse the package.
The Customer must also check upon opening the package that the quantity and items delivered correspond to those indicated in his/her order.
Any discrepancies found upon collection of the package or during inspection of the goods must be promptly addressed.
In the event that delivery fails for reasons attributable to the Customer (continuously absent recipient, incorrect address, incorrect telephone number provided to contact the courier, etc.), resulting in the opening of storage or reshipment procedures and any additional charges, the Customer will be responsible for these additional costs. These additional costs will be calculated in the final invoice as such situations arise, and payment of these costs is considered essential for the return of the goods.
