Prices and Payments
All product prices listed on the SHOP.BICICLETTEZETA.IT website and related domains include VAT and any other taxes applicable to the product purchased.
The total cost of shipping to the customer's home is the customer's responsibility, unless otherwise agreed. Any such cost will be disclosed to the customer before confirming the purchase.
The purchase contract is finalized through the exact completion and consent to the purchase expressed through the online acceptance.
The customer can pay for the ordered goods using the payment methods indicated "online" at the time of purchase.
To purchase the Products, the Customer must complete and send the order form in electronic format to shop.biciclettezeta.it, following the instructions on the Site. The Customer must place the Product in the appropriate " cart " and must select the desired payment method and choose the " send order " option.
Before submitting the purchase order, the Customer will have the opportunity to correct any data entry errors by following the specific modification procedure contained on the Site. Submitting the order confirmation therefore implies full knowledge of the same and their full acceptance.
By placing an order, the Customer acknowledges and declares that he or she has read all the general and payment conditions and accepts them in full.
All items published on the portal and related owned domains are considered available for purchase.

Biciclettezeta is not responsible for any fraudulent or unlawful use by third parties of credit cards, checks, or other payment methods when paying for purchased products. At no point during the purchase process is Biciclettezeta able to access the buyer's credit card number, which is transmitted directly to the banking service provider via a secure connection and the best online payment channels.
If the order has been placed correctly but the credit card/PayPal payment has not been successful, the Customer will be promptly contacted by email to inform them of the possible methods for completing the order.
If payment by bank transfer has been selected, the Customer will have 10 days to proceed with the payment and notify the Customer.
If nothing is received within 10 days of notification of non-payment/order placement by bank transfer, the order will be considered cancelled.

CREDIT CARD CHARGE
If there are sufficient funds and the information is entered correctly, the transaction is instantly authorized. The order is then confirmed by email.
The authorized amount is temporarily held in escrow as a confidential payment request; this amount is released the next business day, when the order is processed (shipped or a pre-order invoice is issued).
BANK TRANSFER
By selecting bank transfer as the payment method, the customer will automatically receive an order confirmation email, which will provide the information needed to make the payment to the SHOP:BICICLETTEZETA.IT bank account.
Payment must be confirmed within 48 business hours of receiving the order. Customers are requested to send a copy of the payment via email (info@biciclettezeta.it). SHOP:BICICLETTEZETA.IT reserves the right to cancel orders not accompanied by proof of payment after the 48 business hours allowed.
The order is processed as soon as the amount is deposited into the SHOP:BICICLETTEZETA.IT bank account.
