RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

Pursuant to art. 52 et seq. of Legislative Decree no. 21 of 21 February 2014, the customer may exercise the right of withdrawal by returning the goods received and obtaining a refund of the price paid.

The buyer can exercise the right of withdrawal in the event that:

  • If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with your purchase, you have the right to withdraw from the contract, without penalty and without specifying the reason, within 14 working days from the day you receive the purchased goods.

Withdrawal procedure:
To exercise the right of withdrawal, the customer must:

  • Recipient [the name, geographic address and, where available, telephone number, fax number and email address must be entered by the professional]:
  • I/we (*) hereby give notice that I/we (*) withdraw from my/our (*) contract of sale of the following goods/services (*)
  • Ordered on (*)/received on (*)
  • Name of consumer(s)
  • Address of the consumer(s)
  • Date

REIMBURSEMENT

In the event that the Customer chooses to refund the order, and if approved, Biciclettezeta will proceed with the same in the following ways:

  • For orders paid by credit card, the transaction will be immediately reversed and a notification sent to the customer, along with a report of the reversal. The customer will be able to verify the refund within approximately 10 days; the waiting period varies depending on the banking network to which the credit card is linked.
  • For orders paid via PayPal, an immediate refund will be made to the customer's PayPal account.
  • For orders paid by bank transfer, the Customer will provide Biciclettezeta with their bank details so that they can process the refund.
  • For payments received electronically (credit card/PayPal), in addition to the methods mentioned above, the Customer may also request a refund via bank transfer by sending us a written communication with complete details required for the refund.

In all cases of returns, Biciclettezeta reserves the right to withhold the refund until the goods have been correctly delivered to the original warehouse or, as agreed, until proof of return shipment is provided by the Customer.
