For early or late season racing conditions, ultralight summer mesh jerseys are not suitable. Cold winds and cool weather conditions make additional thermal protection around the torso necessary and that's where the Aero SS Spring/Fall Jersey comes in.

We added a lightweight thermal jersey, featuring short sleeves and climate control features, as we often add and remove arm warmers and vests throughout the ride. Two “valves” on the front of the shoulders, an exclusive ASSOS feature, act as ventilation ducts that let fresh air in from the outside and channel it between the two layers of the jersey fabric. Why not just zip up? We constructed the jersey using our twinDeck two-layer construction, providing a lightweight thermal fabric on one side and a highly stretchy outer panel to create a thermal and aerodynamic racing jersey. But when we're going full throttle, To maintain the folded profile but still require a touch of ventilation to cool the body, lowering the zip is not always possible. This design solved the problem of setting core body temperature without sacrificing aerodynamics.

SONIC, an extremely elastic ribbed fabric that adapts to the arms and provides light thermal insulation thanks to the brushing on the side in contact with the skin. Raw-cut edges complete the jersey's design, along with our three-way pockets, metal cam lock zipper, and ultralight ribbed back hem.

Push Pull : The main fabric is the Push Pull order-knit fabric developed by ASSOS, which offers high UV protection (UPF 50+). Highly breathable, this fine-knit fabric offers two-way stretch, quick drying, and extreme comfort.

Tibet : Used for lining the jersey, this circular knit fabric with two-way stretch provides separate thermal insulation and rinses hot water away from the skin.

twinDeck : A two-layer fabric construction that increases thermal insulation using a blend of Push Pull and Tibet fabrics. Used on the front panel and upper back.

SONIC-SN : The sleeves feature this extremely stretchy ribbed fabric, capable of creating a second-skin fit and featuring a micro-sandblasted brushed side for additional thermal protection.

Diffuser : ASSOS exclusive sealing system that creates double “valves” on the front of the shoulders that let fresh air in for ventilation.

Two-way zipper : reverse cam lock design, metal construction, with stabilizing puller at the top for easy one-handed operation.

Tri-Fold Pockets : Our patented three-pocket design features a fabric flap for convenient storage, conveniently placed, easy-to-access, color-coded storage, and a micro-perforated heat-taped edge for visibility.

Raw Cut : The sleeves are a raw cut, creating a soft, streamlined design that seamlessly integrates with additional layers.

Ribbed Back Hem : A wide, elastic ribbed hem provides a secure, comfortable fit.

aeroFit : Our slimmest fit for speed, even closer and more compressive than racingFit. It feels restrictive off the bike, but feels like a second skin when you're running.
