Vittoria Air-Liner Light is the new tubeless MTB tire insert that improves the performance and capabilities of the wheel-tire system for Cross-Country, Down-Country, and Trail use. Developed in collaboration with professional XC riders and mechanics, and used in MTB World Cup stages, Air-Liner Light is the lightest and fastest tubeless MTB tire insert available.

Air-Liner Light is imperceptible and keeps the bike agile and fast. The insert allows the tire to progressively compress under load. This improves the ride feel and increases stability and grip. In the event of a puncture and subsequent air loss, Air-Liner Light expands, providing the support needed to reach the technical area, or the finish line, with minimal loss of time.

Air-Liner Light also maximizes puncture protection. Thanks to its exclusive foam formulation, the insert provides extreme shock absorption and prevents tire punctures caused by strong impacts with the rim walls (snake bites). Air-Liner Light is compatible with mountain bike tires ranging from 29"x2.1" to 29"x2.4", with rim widths of 25 mm to 30 mm, and with any type of liquid sealant. Air-Liner Light should only be used in conjunction with tubeless tires and multi-directional tubeless valves. The Air-Liner Light package contains an insert and a 40 mm Vittoria Green Multiway Tubeless valve.
