The Air-Liner Protect Enduro tire insert was developed for the most demanding enduro trails in the UCI Mountain Bike World Series. The insert improves tire protection from the most extreme impacts.

The Air-Liner Protect Enduro version is made with a lighter, lower-density foam than the Downhill version. This ensures optimal shock absorption and improved handling on enduro trails. Unlike the first generation, the Air-Liner Protect Enduro comes as a complete ring, with the ends already welded, eliminating the need for cutting and tying.

Air-Liner Protect Enduro is made with a low-density foam formula specifically designed for the demands of enduro riding. The material is compatible with any type of liquid sealant. It is available in two wheel sizes (27.5" and 29"), each compatible with tires from 2.4" to 2.6". It must only be used with tubeless setups (not compatible with inner tubes) and only with multi-way tubeless valves—one valve is included in the package.

Impact protection

• Air-Liner Protect protects rims from strong impacts and reduces the risk of punctures (snake bites).
• The “T” shape creates a barrier between the edges of the rim and the inside of the tire.

High speed

• Air-Liner Protect does not affect the rolling of the tire.
• Under air pressure, the insert collapses onto the rim, creating a seal that can withstand even the strongest impacts.
• With Air-Liner Protect, no foreign objects can roll into the tire.

Lateral stability

• Air-Liner Protect supports the tire sidewalls under cornering loads.
• You can take corners at full speed: there is no risk of your tires coming off the rim.
• Air-Liner Protect also increases sidewall protection from cuts and punctures.

Air volume

• Thanks to its "T" shape, Air-Liner Protect allows you to increase the air volume inside the tire.
• This means you can lower the air pressure and get more grip without risking ruining the tire or damaging the rim.
