The Spring Fall Bib Shorts are lined with a fleece interior that was highly insulating on my legs: a key muscle to stay warm to avoid a drop in performance. Although they were thicker than I'm used to, the material was still extremely breathable. Later in the ride, as we started to climb, I was worried that the bib shorts would feel too hot and I wished I had a pair of regular bib shorts. However, I barely noticed the difference between them and some of my lighter shorts when I was riding. I felt the benefit of the insulating layer on the descents, but it certainly wasn't a hindrance on the climbs.

FEATURED FABRICS
The leg panels are made of our OSMOS Heavy brushed fabric, which is temperature-regulating, breathable, and very soft against the skin. The warp-knit fabric provides durability and supports leg muscles with its compressive structure. We've integrated the twinDeck two-layer construction, applying SPHERE Ultra fabric to the front panel to block out cold air.

CONSTRUCTION/FIT
Built on the S9 raceFit platform, these shorts feature A-Lock Engineering to provide maximum stability and keep the chamois in place while you pedal. This is complemented by the rollBar bibs, ergoBox system, and a unique butterfly panel that, during intense efforts, ensure friction-free comfort and stability as your body weight shifts on the saddle.

ENGINEERING
Carbon Xbib: A single piece of elastic folded over itself to form a supportive A-frame, designed to limit vertical stretch in the back. Above the X-junction, we've used a more elastic material with antibacterial carbon fiber to wick sweat and ensure the bibs lie flat across the front.

UltraLight Leg Grippers anti-slip system: the new structure consisting of a Lycra band on the leg that adheres perfectly to the thigh, without the need for silicone, to ensure a soft and ultra-light grip.

INSERT
DYORA RS Insert seat pad: the top layer is made of antibacterial microfiber with a three-dimensional structure, in basalt color. A tribute to the lava rock that gives us strength, stability, and courage.

superAir microShock foam: ultra-light open-cell foam, capable of absorbing impacts and quickly returning to its original thickness, following the shifting of body weight every time you change position in the saddle.

3D waffle: Patented three-layer perforated foam, which increases breathability and eliminates excess weight.

goldenGate: patented technology that avoids the side stitching of the pad to the shorts, offering more three-dimensional freedom of movement in this delicate area subject to rotational movements.
