On cool days, full-length bib tights are often too much, but summer shorts and leg warmers leave thighs and the core exposed to the cold. The 3/4 length of the thermal bib knickers is the classic solution, updated here with a few contemporary technical touches. The new thermoregulating POLAR fabric is composed of over 50% pre-consumer recycled material. It is also softer and more elastic than the fabric of the previous GT Knickers, and breathable enough to avoid a clammy feeling if the temperature – or intensity – rises, while the lightly brushed interior retains warmth in the body's microclimate. The raw-cut leg hems and stabilizing rollBar construction are both borrowed from the Racing Series, adding performance details to endurance comfort, and the Sundeck panel on the insert reduces moisture retention, ensuring dry, warm comfort.
