Inside the product
Casual coffee breaks, indoor training, or days too hot to wear bibs: the GT Half Shorts S11 are designed for specific situations where bibs are unnecessary bulk. The S11 generation updates the rider-favorite design with a lighter, more durable main fabric, featuring a deep, authentic black. At the waist, a Sens AIR front panel increases stability, support, and breathability without constriction. The hipClick design wraps around the entire waist to keep the shorts in place with secure comfort. Despite the updates, breathability remains high, while the new Insert further enhances cooling with the addition of an ultralight front panel.

The peculiarities
FEATURED FABRICS
The new QUARTZ fabric is a lightweight, breathable warp knit with permanent odorControl. The true-black color won't fade, become transparent, or lighten with normal use, and it's made from 80% pre-consumer recycled polyamide. A Sens AIR band at the lower abdomen eliminates pressure in aggressive riding positions.

CONSTRUCTION/FIT
Our essential regularFit and ergonomic shaping reduce the number of seams, eliminating chafing for total comfort and easy layering.

PILtec Plug-In:
Lightweight, ultra-breathable textile band at the bottom of the leg. The invisible silicone microdot treatment stabilizes the fit and maintains grip in dry or wet conditions;
hipClick: waist construction that combines elastic and mesh layers with a high, non-constrictive height to stabilize the panels and keep the Insert in place;
zeroPressure Waist: soft, highly elastic waist construction that improves comfort and support without pressure or pinching.

Shock-Absorb Damping System Mono12: Layers of compressive foam in a 12mm endurance platform. Thermoformed shaping reduces bumps and irritation;
3D Waffle: Patented three-layer perforated foam that increases breathability and eliminates unnecessary weight;
goldenGate 2.0: free-floating construction that moves with the body rather than against it. New grooves on the wings reduce drag throughout the entire pedal stroke.
