• BLACK COATED treatment: The bearing rings are treated before assembly with a particular process that guarantees greater resistance to corrosion of the component.
The rings are treated on the track, so as to guarantee this “coverage” also in the rolling part of the sphere.
• Differentiated LUB seals: on one side LU (which guarantees greater protection from dust and water) in black NBR material to be mounted on the outside, on the other side LB (which guarantees greater smoothness) in blue NBR material to be mounted on the inside
• Specific grease L21: the grease has characteristics that match perfectly with the bike application, in fact it guarantees excellent lubrication of the bearing and has a very low viscosity level which allows for low friction and excellent smoothness.
