Features
Diverge Sport Carbon
For escaping on country trails, away from traffic and crowds, or even for going all out in your favorite gravel race, the Diverge is perfect. It's the fastest, most capable, and most fun gravel bike we've ever made. It's snappy and agile under load, stable and confident when the terrain gets rough. It features the Future Shock 1.5, gravel geometry, and plenty of tire clearance. Everything we've learned about road and off-road riding has been incorporated into the Diverge, destined to write a new chapter in the gravel category.
The Diverge Sport Carbon has a FACT8r carbon fiber frame and features the Future Shock 1.5. It is fitted with Specialized Pathfinder Pro tires, which perform optimally on the road, gravel, and even dirt.
Thanks to its FACT 8r carbon fiber frame, the Diverge Carbon is a light and capable bike, ready to help you improve your KOMs, or grind your way to the top of the hilly trails in your region.
Speed, control, and confidence—the Future Shock 1.5 represents the best technology available to gravel riders. With 20mm of travel, you'll maintain perfect control and avoid having to touch the brakes on rough trails or loose gravel. At the same time, your hands, arms, and neck won't tire.
We decided to break with traditional gravel geometry. The new Diverge features the most progressive geometry ever created for a road bike, creating a capable and stable bike off-road, yet responsive and agile on the road. We increased the reach, introduced a slacker head tube, and adopted a fork with a wider offset. A shorter stem keeps the front end short for a lively ride. We designed a low bottom bracket for increased stability, while still allowing for 650b tires if you prefer.
The frame is ready for rack mounts, including fork and top tube mounts, to make carrying easy on any long-distance trip.
More capacity means pedaling with more safety and confidence, which is why we've included the wide contact patch of the 47c tires on the 700 wheel or the 2.1" tires on the 27.5" wheel.
