OMEGA 3 TGX® is a high-quality supplement, highly concentrated in OMEGA 3 fatty acids. This product is extremely bioavailable and digestible, and also has a high EPA and DHA content (40/30 ratio). It is completely deodorized and flavored with a light natural lemon note. It comes in a triglyceride form, which is the most bioavailable form.

GENERAL INFORMATION
Omega 3 fatty acids present in supplements can be available in the form of triglyceride (TG) or in the form of ethyl ester (EE). These forms identify different molecular structures of Omega 3. It is quite intuitive to understand that different molecular structures can have different biological behaviors, it has in fact been demonstrated that the diversity of the TG and EE forms influences the absorption of Omega 3. As reported in literature, Omega 3 in the TG form are more bioavailable than the synthetic EE form, this means that Omega 3 TG have a superior biological activity and in the same quantity are much more active than the EE form(1).

Instructions for use
We recommend taking 1 to 3 softgels daily, preferably after meals.

Directions
Replacing saturated fats with unsaturated fats, such as EPA and DHA, in the diet contributes to the maintenance of normal blood cholesterol levels.
