Indications
SUPER DEXTRIN® is an energy food supplement based on advanced carbohydrates. It is designed for individuals who engage in intense and/or prolonged physical activity, associated with muscle fatigue and a progressive reduction in glycogen reserves.
Instructions for use
Dissolve 50 g of product (3 level scoops) in approximately 500 ml of water. Take during physical activity. In case of particularly intense exercise or lack of replenishment possibilities, the product can also be used before activity. It is preferable not to exceed the maximum dose of 150 g per day, equivalent to 3 x 500 ml bottles of solution.
