GENERAL INFORMATION
Creatine is converted by the body into creatine phosphate, which in turn is used to rapidly convert ADP into ATP, the "currency we use to pay for energy." It is well known that adequate creatine stores improve training intensity and recovery in sports with anaerobic components. Muscle response and efficiency are significantly influenced by the presence of creatine.

CHARACTERISTICS
Creatine can increase physical performance during repetitive, high-intensity, short-duration activities. The beneficial effect is obtained with a daily intake of 3g of creatine. Zinc promotes normal protein synthesis, while calcium and potassium contribute to normal energy metabolism and muscle function. Vitamin C, at a dosage of 200 mg in addition to the recommended daily intake, contributes to the maintenance of normal immune system function during and after intense physical activity and protects cells from oxidative stress. The product is gluten-free and is therefore also suitable for those with celiac disease or gluten intolerance.

Creatina Vector® is a creatine food supplement indicated for the diet of athletes who wish to increase physical performance in the case of repetitive, high-intensity, short-duration activities.

Instructions for use
It is recommended to take 1 sachet per day dissolved in approximately 200 ml of water, preferably away from meals.
For an athlete's diet, during loading phases, you can take up to 2 sachets per day (equivalent to 6g of creatine) for no more than 30 days, followed by 1 sachet per day. During the creatine supplementation period, it's advisable to drink plenty of water.
