SuperHydro™ is an energy-rich hydro-saline food supplement developed with a hypotonic blend of carbohydrates and electrolytes. This solution maintains endurance performance during prolonged exercise and increases water absorption during physical activity for optimal hydration. The SH complex, featuring next-generation carbohydrates (highly branched cyclic dextrins and DE6 maltodextrin), allows for differentiated, rapid- and gradual-release energy. The presence of B vitamins and vitamin C contributes to normal energy metabolism, the reduction of tiredness and fatigue (vitamin B6, pantothenic acid, vitamin C), normal cardiac function (thiamine), normal red blood cell formation (vitamin B6), and the protection of cells from oxidative stress (vitamin C). Sodium, potassium, magnesium, and calcium are balanced for optimal electrolyte replacement.
Directions
The product is particularly suitable for those who engage in intense and/or prolonged physical activity. It is useful for replenishing fluids and electrolytes lost during activity.
Instructions for use
Dissolve 1 dose (3 scoops = 25 g) in approximately 500 ml of water. Take at regular intervals of 15-20 minutes. It is best not to exceed the maximum dose of 75 g of powder in total, equivalent to approximately 3 bottles of solution, except in exceptional cases, such as competitions or occasional very long training sessions.
