Inner Tube Sealant

Forget punctures with our super lightweight yet powerful Inner Tube Sealant! Muc-Off No Puncture Hassle Inner Tube Sealant is easy to install, and its state-of-the-art molecules seal holes in your inner tubes up to 4mm, ensuring that your ride isn’t interrupted! Our proprietary water-based, non-hazardous formula has been developed specifically for use with inner tubes and is compatible with a wide range of bikes. Whether you’re commuting, bikepacking on an adventure, hitting the trails or anything in between, we’ve got you covered!

HOW TO USE

For Schrader Valved Inner Tubes:

  1. Remove the dust cap from the valve and deflate the air from your tyre, then rotate your wheel so that the valve is between the 9 & 12 o’clock positions. 
  2. Twist and pull up the plastic tube from the top of the bottle. 
  3. Remove the pink valve core removal tool from the top of the tube, then remove your valve core from the valve stem. (Insert the two-pronged tool into the top of the Schrader valve and unscrew anti-clockwise to remove the core, or use the slot in the top to remove a Presta valve core. Keep your valve core in a safe place whilst filling!) 
  4. Re-install your valve core using the tool and tighten clockwise until hand snug, then inflate your tyre to the desired pressure in accordance with the manufacturer's recommendations.
  5. Spin your wheel and you’re ready to roll!

For Presta Valved Inner Tubes:

  1. If you are filling sealant into a Presta valve, mount the black o-ring, attached to the pink valve core removal tool, onto the valve stem; now mount the filling tube end onto the valve stem until it meets the o-ring and rotate your wheel so that the valve is in the 6 o’clock position. 
  2. With the bottle upside down, gently squeeze to dispense the desired amount of sealant into the valve. Ensure sealant flows smoothly into the valve. (Fill the recommended amount for your inner tube using the measuring guide on the side of the bottle). 
    If you are filling a Schrader valve, there is no need to use the o-ring.
  3. Remove the filling tube and o-ring from the valve and wipe away any excess sealant. 
  4. Re-install your valve core using the tool and tighten clockwise until hand snug, then inflate your tyre to the desired pressure in accordance with the manufacturer's recommendations.
  5. Spin your wheel and you’re ready to roll!
