HOW TO USE
1. Remove old rim flap or tape and clean the rim.
2. Make sure the rim is clean and dry before applying the tape.
3. Take the tape from the packaging and align it from the opposite side of the valve.
4. Start unrolling a small amount of tape and press it down with your thumb or finger to hold it in place.
5. Keep pressing down as you pull the tape back and adhere it tightly; once you have a few cm, the tape will stick and you won't need to hold it anymore.
6. Continue around the entire perimeter of the rim (if it has a pronounced concavity, you can pull and move the tape to fill any edges).
7. Overlap the tape by about 10 – 15 cm.
8. Leave a small part unattached so you can cut the rest.
9. Once cut, flatten and pull the tape to create a seal.
10. Run your thumb along the rim to make sure there are no air bubbles or misplaced areas.
11. Once satisfied with the result, use a small pin to locate the valve hole and cleanly pierce the tape, ready for the valve.
12. Take your Tubeless valve and remove the nut and O-ring.
13. Choose the correct rubber adapter for your rim tape and insert the valve into the rim.
14. Reassemble the O-ring and lock ring, making sure to firmly lock the valve (do not overtighten or you may damage the rubber).
15. Reassemble your preferred tire, taking care not to damage the tape (using tire levers, etc.).
16. Inflate the tire to seat it (you should hear "pops" around the rim)
17. Deflate and remove the valve core using the spare cap.
18. Take the sealant pouch and give it a good shake.
19. Unscrew the cap and screw it onto the valve in an upright position.
20. Holding the pouch, turn the wheel downwards so that the pouch is upside down.
21. Insert the sealant by squeezing the pouch.
22. Return the wheel to an upright position and remove the pouch.
23. Reinsert the valve core and inflate to the desired pressure.
