Road & Gravel Tubeless Sealant

Introducing our Road & Gravel Tubeless Sealant – a high-performance sealant that keeps you charged, whatever the road or trail throws at you. Formulated with advanced synthetic latex and a matrix of biodegradable sealing particles, it repairs punctures up to 7mm. What’s more, it’s completely non-toxic and non-allergenic, so your only worry will be conquering that KOM.

HOW TO USE
Shake the pouch vigorously before use, then invert it to ensure the particles are thoroughly mixed. If possible, put the bike on a work stand. Remove your Presta valve core (if you have valves with a non-removable core, pour it directly into the unseated tyre and re-seat it).
Make sure to shake the pouch thoroughly just before filling. With the valve at 12 o’clock and using the non-drive side of the bike, push the pouch onto the valve and rotate the valve to 6 o’clock. Squeeze in the desired amount and fold the pouch to the fill line, reinsert the valve core, and inflate the tyre to your manufacturer's recommendations.
Spin the wheel several times, rock it side to side, and voilà, you’re ready to go! Regularly check the quantity in each tyre and simply top up when needed.
Before adding our sealant to your tyre, please ensure you have thoroughly removed any other sealant. If any sealant spills onto your frame, components, or clothing, remove it as soon as possible with clean water and a cloth. Try not to let the sealant dry before you can wash your Kit properly at home!
PRO TIP! Ask Siri/Meta/Google or Alexa to add a reminder on your phone to check your tyres and sealant in 3-6 months. *If used in hot conditions (+35°C), simply top up if needed and check every two months.

When filling new tyres with sealant, we recommend degreasing the tyre's inner surface to remove any oils or mould-release agents/residues from manufacturing. For optimal results, use our Fast Drying Degreaser, Disc Brake Cleaner, or Glue & Sealant Remover, along with a clean cloth for effective cleaning. This process ensures maximum sealant adhesion and effectiveness.

HOW MUCH SEALANT DO I NEED?

Minimum quantity per tyre:

(add up to an extra 20ml for extra protection)

Road tyres

23c, 25c = 40ml-50ml
28c = 50ml-60ml
Gravel Tyres 

30c - 45c = 70 - 80ml
Keep out of reach of children. Dispose of contents/container in accordance with local regulations. Avoid contact with eyes. Do not drink! PLEASE REFILL THIS POUCH USING OUR 1 LITRE REFILL – Refilling is MUCH better than recycling! **We recommend applying CO2 from the top of the wheel/tyre so it doesn’t inject directly into the sealant at the bottom.
