Description
The Muc-Off Ultimate Tubeless Setup Kit contains everything you need to get a tubeless-ready wheelset prepared and ready to roll. Each Kit includes a Muc-Off Tubeless Rim Tape, Seal Patches, 2x CNC machined black tubeless valves and 2 pouches of No Puncture Hassle Tubeless Sealant.

With 5 Kits available for:

Road/Gravel/CX with shallow rims (44mm tubeless valves and 21mmx10m Rim Tape)
Road/Gravel/CX with deep rims (60mm tubeless valves and 21mmx10m Rim Tape)
XC (44mm tubeless valves and 25mmx10m Rim Tape)
Downhill/Enduro (44mm tubeless valves and 30mmx10m Rim Tape)
Wide Downhill (44mm tubeless valves and 35mmx10m Rim Tape)

HOW TO USE
1. Remove old rim flap or tape and clean rim.
2. Make sure the rim is clean and dry before applying the tape.
3. Grab your tape from the packet and line it up from the opposite side of the valve.
4. Begin by unravelling a small amount of tape and press it down with your thumb or finger to hold in place.
5. Continue to hold down whilst pulling the tape back and adhering it down – once you have a few cm, the tape will stick, and you won’t need to hold it any longer.
6. Continue around the entire circumference of the rim (if it has a pronounced concavity, you can pull and wiggle the tape to fill any edges).
7. Overlap the tape by approximately 10 – 15cm.
8. Leave a small part unattached so you can cut the rest off.
9. Once cut, flatten and pull the tape to create a seal.
10. Run your thumb around the rim to make sure there are no air bubbles or ill-placed areas.
11. Once you are happy with the result, use a small pin to locate the valve hole and cleanly pierce the tape ready for the valve.
12. Grab your Tubeless valve and remove the collar and O-ring.
13. Choose the right rubber adaptor for your rim tape and feed the valve through the rim.
14. Re-fit the O-ring and lock-ring, making sure you lock the valve in place (do not overtighten or you could damage the rubber).
15. Re-fit your chosen tyre, taking care not to damage the tape (using tyre levers etc.).
16. Inflate the tyre to bead it onto the rim (you should hear pops around the rim)
17. Deflate and remove the valve mechanism using the spare valve cap.
18. Grab your sealant pouch and give it a good shake.
19. Unscrew the top and screw it on to the valve in an upright position.
20. Holding the pouch, rotate the wheel downwards so that the pouch is upside down.
21. Squeeze in the sealant by compressing the pouch.
22. Return the wheel to the upright position and remove the pouch.
23. Re-insert the valve mechanism and inflate to your desired pressure.
