Introducing our Tubeless Valves V2 with a new air flow system for tyre inserts. Boasting 6 slots machined into the base of the valve stem, allowing them to be compatible with most tubeless tyre inserts and allowing tubeless sealant fluid and air to flow freely when using tubeless tyre inserts. We have also upgraded them to aircraft-grade 7075 aluminium to be lighter and stronger than before!
Supplied with 3 sets of different shaped rubber inserts to suit a variety of rim shapes and create the perfect seal between valve and rim.

HOW TO USE
Muc-Off Tubeless Valves work with most tubeless rims. If in doubt, check your rim manufacturer's instructions for what tubeless valves are compatible with your rims.
- Firstly, remove your valve cap, locking nut and o-ring from the valve stem.
- Next choose the correct rubber base for your rim type. Rims with a curved section will use the circular rubber base. Rims with a square section will use the rectangular rubber base. Slide this down to the base of the valve stem. (If your rim has a larger valve hole, and the smaller circular adapter is too loose, use the larger circular adapter to plug the hole)
- Now push the valve stem through the valve hole in the rim and push it all the way through. Then place the rubber O-ring onto the valve stem and slide it all the way down until it meets the rim.
- Thread the locking nut onto the valve stem and tighten it down above the O-ring. This sandwiches it between the locking nut and the rim. Push down firmly on the valve base inside the rim whilst tightening the locking nut. Continue to push down until the locking nut is hand-tight and the rubber O-ring slightly compresses. This is how you know you have created a good airtight seal.
- TIP - do not overtighten as this can cause leaks. Finish by screwing on your chosen valve cap.
- Use the valve core removal tool (integrated into spare alloy cap) to remove the core and fill with No Puncture Hassle Tubeless Sealant and inflate! Job done.
