Cularis MTB Helmet
Currently ranked first in all tested bike helmet categories by independent safety experts at Virginia Tech, the new Cularis MTB trail helmet continues to lead the way. Designed for maximum comfort on fast, flowing trails, this lightweight helmet offers optimized ventilation and is highly adjustable to ensure safety at all times.
Find new confidence on every trail. The Cularis is the lightweight trail helmet for going fast and having fun. Designed for maximum comfort while riding technical trails, the Cularis benefits from ventilation techniques typically used in road helmets, keeping you cool as you tackle increasingly challenging routes.
Optimized for comfort and ventilation, this helmet is our lightest trail helmet yet, offering the right lightweight protection for fast descents and XC courses.
We've performed extensive testing and CFD (computational fluid dynamics) modeling of airflow through and around the helmet to ensure you stay cool whenever you're out on the trails, no matter how fast you ride or how technical the terrain.
When it comes to safety, the Cularis makes no compromises. It shares the same design as its siblings, the Kortal and Otocon, offering extensive, reliable protection zones and a durable construction. This means you can ride with complete confidence, knowing the Cularis will protect you from any obstacle on the trail.
Other notable features include POC's patented visor, which breaks in the event of a crash, deflecting impact forces away from your head. The visor is adjustable, so you can easily find the best position to protect your eyes from sun, rain, and mud splashes.
Aramid bridges between the liner and the helmet shell improve both structural stability and penetration protection, while the Mips Air Node improves protection against rotational impacts.
A goggle compartment in the front vents provides secure storage for sunglasses while riding, while the Fidlock® buckle allows for easy one-handed helmet fastening.
