Hydro Plus is an energy food supplement based on carbohydrates and mineral salts, such as sodium, magnesium, potassium, chloride and calcium. Diluted with water and taken before and during physical exertion, it is immediately available to the body, providing energy support and restoring electrolyte balance.
Hydro Plus, thanks to the presence of cyclodextrins and a low sugar concentration, is an isotonic product with an osmolarity of less than 300mosm/l, making it a product with maximum transit speed in the stomach, maximum intestinal absorption, and strong rehydrating power.

30g of product per day is recommended. Dissolve 30g of product in 500 ml of water, to be taken during or after physical activity. This results in an isotonic solution with a concentration of approximately 260 mOsm/kg.
Hydro Plus is suitable for endurance sports, with 23g of carbohydrates per serving, especially for sports where hydration is difficult and there is a need to convey nutrients optimally.
Maltodextrins (57%), dextrose (13%), cyclodextrins (10%), acidifier: citric acid, magnesium salts of citric acid, sodium citrate, potassium citrate, flavouring, calcium salts of orthophosphoric acid, sodium chloride, colourings: beta-carotene, beetroot red, sweetener: acesulfame K.
