The XPRO and XPRESSO cleats were developed for the TIME XPRO and XPRESSO range of road bike pedals. They allow for angular and lateral freedom to respect the natural movements of the legs and joints. The Q-factor can also be adjusted (by swapping cleats) to optimize performance across three areas: safety, ergonomics, and performance. The bi-material construction offers greater durability when walking with cleats. These cleats are the standard cleats included with all XPRO and XPRESSO pedals.

ICLIC technology (TIME Sport patent) makes it easy to cut the start line or brake light. Our patented pre-opened pedal engagement system allows for easy and secure engagement every time. The cutout pre-opens the system for the next step. All XPRO and XPRESSO road pedals feature ICLIC technology.
